The architectural control committee is made up of dedicated people only interested in enhancing and protecting the value, desirability and attractiveness of the land and every part thereof, within the Claybrook Subdivision.

The architectural control committee welcomes you to Claybrook. We will be happy to review any changes you desire to make to your home or landscaping. All requests must be submitted in written form (submitted through the website) to the architectural control committee for approval prior to construction.

Please review your “DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIONS” that you received and agreed to uphold at closing. In particular, Article IV “Use Restrictions” and Article V “Building Restrictions and Architectural Control” are the two main areas that fall under our jurisdiction. These documents can be found on our Resident Resources page.

Click the button at the bottom of the page to fill out a “Request for Architectural Review” form. Please read the rest of the information on this page before filling it out. Home additions or major projects require detailed information in accordance with Article V.

Please keep in mind:

Owner acknowledgment of the application

***Owner will not start the project until they receive the approval from the ACC***

ACC has the right to inspect the project

Any modifications in the project will require review and approval from the ACC. This protects in the event the homeowner changes their plans during construction.

Claybrook is not responsible for any damage, injury or loss due to the project. The owner is responsible for this.

If the project does not conform to the covenants or the ACC requirements, the homeowner will make the needed corrections or changes immediately.

A statement that if the ACC mistakenly gives approval for a project that would violate any city or state laws/ordinances would void the application. Also the HOA retains the right to enforce said laws/codes etc.

ACC will grant approval and communicate via email to maintain a written record.
